POSIZIONE CHIUSA

Our client, an important company that operates internationally, with a long history and great experience as an organized travel operator, has asked us to a:

PROJECT MANAGER INTERNATIONAL TOURISM SECTOR

The main activities:
  • Contribute to business development strategies: strategic product definition, technical innovations and sustainability initiatives Coordinate the 4 departments of the division: Operations, Charters, Planning and Cruise Director Assignment, Quality Control and Emergency Management.
  • Management of operating costs of vehicles and resources by examining annual budgets, taking care of corrective actions if necessary. 
  • Achieve and monitor your team/department's KPIs 
  • Manage the relationship with external contractors  
  • Manage internal relations between the various departments of the Group 
Requirements: 

  • University education in economics, high school of hotel management or management engineering 
  • 5 years' experience in managerial roles of coordination and operational development planning 
  • Mastery of the English language; further linguistic knowledge will be an advantage 
  • Propensity towards an analytical vision, problem solving, human resources management; charisma and resourcefulness complete the profile 
  • Availability to travel frequently abroad
