Essential functions:

• Active support to General Management 

• General office administration

• Contact with counterparts

Requirements:

• Solid experience in similar position (Executive or Personal Assistant)

• Excellent in Italian and good in English. The knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.

• Flexibility and capability to handle pressure

• Good team player spirit

• Very good knowledge of main informatics systems
